I reserved two rooms using Priceline.com for a Days Inn. The rooms looked good online, but when I arrived... I did not get Frequent Flyer airline credits when I stayed at a hotel that offered them because I booked through Orbitz

I bid on a car rental using Priceline. I was rejected a number of times. Unknowingly, I won one of the bids, but didn't realize it Expedia.com and all other internet brokers buy the seats in bulk....
Priceline promised & confirmed $50, but when I checked, the hotel said $500. PriceLine's Name Your Own Price hotel ratings failed to live up to expectations.
Hilton Hotels' Embassy Suites should be wise enough to transfer my reservation from one to another of their hotels. United Vacation Network's Travel Club provided great service and I had a good vacation thanks to them!

I believe Priceline's ads and flight handling procedures are not accurately identified. We had little fun on our Tours4Fun vacation tour.
 American Airlines displayed a total lack of organization.

I don't know why people say all that about Great Escapes.
A long-time Great Escapes Travel Club member has had good experiences and recommends it.
