My emachines w1640 computer shuts it self down after 15 minutes and I would like to know why.
 

I have tried calling the 800 number that I have and they keep hanging up on me.  The computer is not even a 1 year old yet.

Please tell me why it is doing this?  Do I need to do something to it?  I have shut it down and that does not help whatever the problem is.

But it is making me and my daughter upset.  We can not even check our e-mails or anything else we would like to do.
