For the past two weeks I have had, against my wishes, cool-search.net coming up on my browser as my default home page.
 

I have it set to www.msnbc.com and a few hours later when I call up Internet Explorer it is back to www.cool-search.net.  I have used "spybot" software and virus protection software with no effect.

I am very frustrated with this.  The only other thing I know to do is reformat my hard drive and reload.

How can I find out who is responsible for this?
