I don't understand how so many people can send in a rebate offer to e-machines and only a hand full are received.
 

I also don't understand how if they have a record of your purchase, why won't they honor your rebate with a copies of sales?

If you by an e-machine, do not expect anyone to help over the phones and don't believe in rebate offers.  They only want to waste time while they get paid to take all our customer's complaints only to hang up on you.  A big joke to get you to buy a product.
