For several months Bell South has been billing me for internet services that I could not install.
 

My current carrier blocked the Bell South service.  Therefore, I have never used it and they have charged me over and over again.

I've talked to several customer service reps and e-mailed them also --- always getting the answer that it takes a "month or two" to post the credit.

Sorry, but that doesn't cut it any more.
