This will be the third time I send my E-Machine computer back for repair because it keeps shutting down.
 

Why can't they repair or replace it to make us customers happy?  I filed the latest complaint and was told that a box will be sent to me right away.

Well, it is almost a week later and I still have not received the box.  I would like to know what is going on with the service department.

I want my computer to work.  Otherwise, if they cannot repair it, at least replace it or give me a refund.
