I did not like having to deal with foreigners I can not understand.

That is all that answers the phone until you are so upset and want to cancel and then they turn you over to someone who can speak English properly.

When I was being transferred from one person to another I was disconnected every time and had to call back and go through the whole thing again.

What ever happened to the old days when you could place a call and get a human being right away!
