First call... I wound up hanging up on the person because she
hardly spoke English and was asking questions that had nothing to do with what I wanted.
After noticing AOL wasn't cancelled on my next visa bill, I had my husband call.
This person kept him on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get us not to cancel
offering us all kinds of "perks."
I was told by this new person "not to assume"
anything and wanted to know why I was so "BITTER." The attitude of this
woman was so condescending.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was
talking to the "LEADER" of the floor.
We needed a cancellation number and
this "LEADER" kept us on the phone until she was good and ready to give us the
number.
We will NEVER use AOL again and advise friends and
acquaintances the same.
