Also they changed his profile and created some unpleasant arguments with his friends and acquaintances.  However, each time we try to change his password we are unable to access the site.

When I took out the word "redirect" in the address we finally got access, but the next screen wouldn't appear.

Since I have had this problem in the past, I know that this is an ongoing issue.

I assumed that my inexperience back then was the problem but it turns out that whatever password you have, that's it!

Does anyone have the "secret" to that password change so that I can assist my son?
