Sears did not honor the agreement. We were without a vacuum for three weeks.
They kept the vacuum one week longer than they said they would and when it was returned to us, it was still broken.
When I spend the extra money for a service contract, I expect it to be honored.
It is not the end of the world but we have still been treated unjustly.
