The TV was never removed from its box and we returned to Best
Buy.
However, Best Buy refused to accept the TV saying that the box was not damaged
so the TV had to have been damaged when removed from the box, which was clearly not the
case.
All complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
That is how it was even when
speaking to a VP and customer relations personnel.
