I had a device shipped to me from Ohio. Unbeknownst to me, they used DHL Express.
 

On the third delivery, I was contacted by the delivery station. They told me they had attempted delivery but failed.

From the minute I answered the phone the representative was unruly and surly in her attitude and speech.

I held my patience and asked her to deliver the package again.  They attempted again and the representative gave me another to call to tell me the package delivery had failed.

I called them back this morning and attempted to get the shipper address and identity which took a long time as the agent was extremely rude and belittling to me on the phone. She alleged that I was stupid slow and should not be in college.  Of course, she did not articulate this in so many words.  At one point she asked me if I really attended the college I was residing at.

I then asked for her employee ID number and she refused, telling me she "didn't" have "all day" to "ague" with "one customer."

I later talked to her "supervisor" who did not show much concern about his agent's behavior, but rather about the delivery of the package.

All in all, the situation left a bad taste in my mouth and I will try to avoid a private delivery service in future.
