Then, a week later, they suddenly and arbitrarily changed the
status to 'delivered' and charged my credit card for the item even though no merchandise
was ever delivered to me.
It took 3 weeks and numerous calls to Office Depot's head
office to get a credit put through for the unauthorized charge.
No one would take
responsibility for failure to deliver the merchandise and their customer service phone
number goes to a call center where they have no info and no authority to resolve problems.
