I just spent $6,500 on Sears Kenmore appliances, they don't work, & Sears won't provide service.
 

These appliances are for my new house and the refrigerator hasn't worked since it was installed.

I've waited two months for service and had one appointment after another cancelled.

I want Sears to take the refrigerator back so I can get one from another manufacturer that works.

I'm real unhappy about your lack of service on this product.
