I spent hours being put on hold, dropped between extensions,
and cut off trying to arrange a repair. I was told after many failed calls to send
the product and a check for $14.95 to another NY state address.
Weeks went by and I began again to try to reach the company
only to be told my steamer had never arrived. I sent a Post Office tracer and lo and
behold my steamer arrived few days later supposedly repaired.
The first time I attempted to use it steam poured from the
bottom almost scalding my foot. I called again and spent more than 45 minutes on
hold.
That afternoon our phone bill arrived and the number listed next to
Champlain, NY, was actually in Canada. That first bill was almost $300. The calls that day to arrange to have the defective steamer replaced will be equal or
worse.
Since October 20th, I have spent a fortune based on
misrepresentation and bad repairs. They finally picked up the defectively repaired
steamer today and I still have no product, just a fortune in phone bills to a Canadian
number and many lost hours trying to arrange for a repair with an understaffed and
irresponsible company.
Beware of Europro products! There is no American
recourse contact!
