I was half an hour this morning trying to speak to someone in the toy department at all three stores.

I was put on hold and passed from one to the other who checked to see who was on the line.

The Christmas season is no excuse and it is the same all year round.

Yet, you can go there anytime and you will see staff stuck together talking instead of catering to their customers.  It's the same with the so called Greeters who you usually see chatting and laughing with the person on the nearest checkout.

One wonders why they are even getting paid for that position.
