I have excellent credit and would have paid cash, but they
said they cannot make a sale without a phone number.
I tried to file a complaint on their web site, but they do
not accept complaints without a phone number.
While I am without a phone by choice,
some people cannot afford a phone, and I do not believe a store should be able to refuse
service to those people.
