My parents took their snow thrower in for servicing since it
did not throw snow after we accidentally got a newspaper caught in the auger. After
we told them what the problem was, they said all was fine and did a simple tune-up.
I told them that a tune-up would not solve the problem.
Since the technician said there was nothing wrong and that he checked the rpm of the
auger, I reluctantly brought it home. One week later a snow storm hits and guess
what... it does not throw snow.
Now I'm forced to take a shovel to the driveway and take the
snow thrower back to Sears.
Let's see what they say this time. Maybe they can test
it this time before giving it back to me... now that there is now on the ground.

UPDATE:
The first time we took the snow thrower to Sears they failed
to fix it and during the first snow storm we called them and complained.
To their credit they did send a service tech out (free of
charge) and fixed it at the house.
