I have been facing issues with my brand new refrigerator, and no one seems to be dealing with it seriously.
 
I launched a complaining for this on 12-April.
 
Was promised the part would be replaced on 22-April however it got replaced on 24-April.
 
Now, when the part has been replaced, the situation have been worst. The initial problem of items getting ice on it is still here above that now new problem has occurred wherein items are getting spoiled. Items including milk, curd, aata and green vegetables are getting spoiled.
 
Would appreciate if quick action would be taken and I would not allow your team to replace any further parts in it.
 
It is a Brand New Refrigerator and I want Replacement as the product is defective.
