I purchased a Comfort Glow® 26,000 BTU 5 Plaque Infrared Radiant Heater with Thermostat From Lowe's warehouse, but within a year.
 

The wall heater has broken and they won't repair it.  Now I am out of money and a heater for my family.

They shouldn't sell items that are faulty.  I depended on this heater and now I can't get anyone to work on it.
