There seems to be a poor and inconsistent product quality of
tools under "Craftsman" brand name.
The store management is callously
indifferent to requiring customers to make repeated trips to store to correct problems
and the resulting inconveniences.
The apparent economy of purchasing items at Sears is illusory
after one considers the cost of remedying problems.
The "real cost" of
buying at Sears is probably higher than than buying from other merchandisers.
