The complaint is a credit card charge dispute.
I have
mailed two letters via certified mail with return receipt requests to Citibank's Billing
Error Department in West Des Moines, IA. The letters have been sent over the past 90
days.
Prior to mailing letters I had talked with numerous Citibank
representatives by phone and finally was given a name and address to mail my dispute
letter to.
Citibank has totally ignored my letters by not replying to
them.
According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, Citibank is in violation of the law
by not responding to my letters.
Citibank has no regard for its customers and its
"Customer Service" is virtually nonexistent!
