The items I ordered were Print Master Select 12 and 100,000 ClipArt CD's.  This was through a free offer with my Visa card.  All I had to do was pay $5.95 postage each.  I have been charged the postage and have not seen either program.

Calling the company and Visa has gotten me nothing but a big run around.

Both have you go through all the automated run around which is no help.  When I tried to get to a live person I was put on hold for "9 minutes," which turned into an hour and then I was disconnected.

I would really like these two programs or my postage back, but both of these companies are ignoring me.

So, if you get a free offer with your Visa bill, take my word for it you may not get your merchandise or your money back.
