AT&T's Inept Customer Service -- Where's my iPod?
 

I ordered a refurbished IPod 2 months ago and have not yet received it.

I have contacted them once a week for 8 weeks and I got the same response: we will put a request to our escalation team. I have even visited the local store and even THEY cannot get an answer.

Needless to say they have not been any help.

Yesterday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a "supervisor" who only gave me the same answer: putting in a request to the team. He also said that a "manager" would call me within 24 hours. Well, its  been 48 and I still haven't heard anything.

I have emailed every address I could find on their website... we'll see what comes of it.

HELP! I don't know what else to do! It seems like I'm at their mercy.

I want my phone or my money back!!!!
