Verizon appears unable to fix my service problems or even send a repairman.
 
I have contacted Verizon repeatedly to fix my phone line. After months it still remains the same... and maybe worse.

I have have constant interruptions on my Verizon DSL. It is hit or miss as to whether or not I will get online and whether Verizon can be found.

I have checked the phone line with a different phone, just as they asked, and still there is static.

They canceled my last appointment for service. When I called to find out why no one came, I was told that the appointment was canceled because the line tested fine.

They now say there will be a repair person here tomorrow.

If not and if the line isn't fixed, I will call Comcast.
