My problems with Sprint PCS started when it was time for me to renew my contract.
 

I went through their "new for you" program to get me a new phone.  I was smart enough to go to Radio Shack...  Dumb enough to sign on for another two years.

Since I have renewed my contract and they owed me money, I have paid over $1500 in "over usage" fees and have had my service interrupted every other week.

Now, to top it all off, Sprint PCS took $200 from my Sprint local account to pay my Sprint local bill without my authorization.  Now they want me to pay them back.  Every rep I talk to has a different opinion on the subject -- usually the wrong one.  And they are always talking down to their customers.

I don't know what else to do because I refuse to pay what I don't owe.  Help!!!
