Most of the time paying bills is a miserable experience.  This month I had lost my statement and dreaded to call because most service representatives are not friendly.

Upon calling the Verizon Visa customer service line I talked to a man named Russ who was wonderful.  He answered all my questions and was very helpful in my payment installment process.

If only paying the bills were always this pleasant.
