I was told it would cover the area that I work in.  But to my dismay I have no service in many areas even though they say I should have.  I have gone to a local dealer for help, but since I got the phones over the phone they won't even talk to me.

I called the people I got the phone from and they said I have no towers in those areas and I am out of luck.  They told me what I wanted to get me to buy the phones and then told me I need to read the fine print better.  They don't care, the local people don't care, and Cingular doesn't care.

I asked to talk to some one higher up, but they refused and would not give me any phone number to call to complain.  They are all thieves in my opinion.
