I have had an account with T-Mobile since January of 2003 with a Motorola phone which has since been declared flawed and T-Mobile no longer uses.

I called the company, T-Mobile, and they told me that they would send me a replacement phone. I have been losing clients every day since the phone stopped working. I finally got the replacement phone, but it did not work either. I contacted Motorola, and was told that they no longer sold that phone.

T-Mobile refuses to send me an upgrade to a better phone.  I am in a position that is very negative to my cash flow.  All I requested was for the company to allow me to terminate my contract.  They refuse to honor the phone they gave me so how can I use the service?  I was told that I had to purchase a phone out of my pocket.

What is that all about?  I need to have a cellular phone and T-Mobile refuses to do anything.
