I am very unsatisfied and aggravated with the service I have
received and am receiving from Verizon. They have given me the runaround too many
times. I have called and spoken with representatives several times and everytime
they were either quite rude, did not know about their services enough to help, or
continuously transferred me to another department that "might" be able to help
me. They have now even blocked my long distance with another company and have no
interest in helping me to get my situation handled in a manner that I can handle
financially.
Verizon is very customer unfriendly and this company does not
have the consumers' best interests in mind, nor do they choose to give consumers any
options.
