My DSL service with Verizon.
 

I have DSL service through Verizon.   It is usually slow for DSL standards.  On numerous occasions it has gone down and cost me valuable time and money.  I run a web based business and can't afford to be offline.

The customer service folks at Verizon have had a real "whatever" attitude around my service problems.  Not all of them, but many of them.  I've spoken to many of them over the last 2 months.

I'm clearly not the only one with these problems.  Someone even set up their own VerizonComplaints.com website.

So, just a warning to those who are thinking of getting DSL service - consider your choices other than Verizon.
