My 2005 Cadillac STS rear window shattered for no reason. It damaged the paint & neither the dealer nor Cadillac will handle the problem.
 

The dealer fixed the shattered as a warranty item.  That's the good news.

The bad news is that during the tow trip to the dealer, much paint damage from the glass occurred.  I need a whole new paint job.

Cadillac Roadside Assistance towed the car.

Cadillac Customer service says talk to Roadside.

Roadside says talk to Cadillac customer service.

No one will accept responsibility for the damage.  No one will even take a damage claim.

Any ideas where to go next?
