My 1994 Ford Taurus overheats and makes a clicking noise.
 

My husband replaced the radiator in our 1994 Ford Taurus.

After driving it around to make sure it was running OK, he heard a popping noise and discovered that a hose had blown along with possibly the thermostat.

He replaced both of those and it is still overheating and making a weird clicking noise.

What could be causing it?
