I recently took my car to a private repair shop which replaced the catalytic converter in my LandRover.
 

They did a terrible job.  They cut the wires to the oxygen sensors and didn't secure them.  The wires came apart and shorted the ECU.

It cost me over $1,400 to fix the car with used parts.

I am very disappointed in the customer care I have received from them.

They refuse to take any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship.

I'm filing in small claims court.
