My 2001 Montana only has 71,000 km and the rear shock bottom mount has broken off the axle.

I needed to replace the whole axle and, because it has auto load leveling, both shocks needed to be replaced also as the compressor tried to pump them up to much and blew out the seals.

I think this should have been covered by GM.

Of all the things that could go wrong with this year's vehicle, this would have been the last thing I would have expected to happen.

Does anybody have any explanation as to why this happened so soon?
