I have a 2003 Ford Focus ZX5/ 2 L DOHC.  A tuneup found a bad plug wire.
 

The dealer cleaned the injectors and throttle body, but the idle keeps changing.

It only gets good gas mileage if I carefully drive 60-65 mph.

Any ideas?
